We do not collect any other personal data through our website, and we do not use tracking technologies beyond basic functionality cookies (see Section 7).

3. Why We Collect This Data

We collect and process the above data for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) — specifically, our legitimate interest in communicating with prospective and current clients who have actively chosen to contact us.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How Long We Store Your Data

We store the personal data submitted via the contact form for no longer than is necessary to handle your enquiry and any subsequent communication that follows. In any case, we retain contact form submissions for a maximum of 1 year, after which they are permanently deleted.

5. Sharing of Data with Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.

We do use one third-party data processor to operate our contact form:

• Formspree, Inc. — a form processing service based in the United States. When you submit the contact form, your data is transmitted to and temporarily processed by Formspree's servers before being delivered to us by email. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by appropriate data processing agreements. Transfers to the US are carried out under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as adopted by the European Commission, providing appropriate safeguards for your data. No other third parties receive your personal data.

6. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a resident of the European Union (or the EEA), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your personal data, where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.
